This family owned business is first class! Would recommend to anyone looking to have their home cleaned or carpets washed.
They were recommended to me by a family member that is in the property management business 3 years ago. Used them in the past when tenants move out for cleaning. They get into every nook and cranny of the home and leave it spotless.
When I called earlier this week I spoke to Carlos who was very professional and accommodating. They were extremely busy but made time to squeeze me in for a carpet cleaning.
Met Eddie at the property and he was also very professional and polite. I say the same of the man who actually cleaned my carpets. All were very honest and trustworthy. They really take pride in what they do. Showed me what stains he removed and added carpet deodorant. Explained that they use very hot steam to clean the carpets and that they would dry soon.
They quoted me a price range but when they were done they lowered it by $50 because the rooms were smaller than origally discussed. What other business lowers their pricing once a client agrees to the estimate? Continental Janitorial is awesome and I will definitely use them again in the future.
